Deliveries are still experiencing some delays due to COVID-19 for some international orders. The status is changing everyday depending on the country.  We regret to inform you that postage costs have increased across the board - unfortunately this was outside of our control.

Shipment processing time

Cosmetics & Candles
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Apparel products
It can take anywhere between 2-7 business days to print apparel products.  Most of our products are printed in 3 business days.

Merchandise
It can take anywhere between 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Most of our products are printed in 3 business days.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

www.majomedicine.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.majomedicine.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Order Cancellation

In order to provide the highest possible level of service, we endeavour to process all our orders as swiftly as possible. If you place an order and decide that you have changed your mind, there is a very small window of opportunity to notify us before your order is dispatched.

We can't guarantee that your order request to cancel will be received on time as orders can be processed in our warehouse even before your shipping confirmation is sent.

In the event that your cancellation is not received on time, you will need to return your item for a refund in line with our returns policy.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

As a customer, you are responsible for providing the correct email and shipping address at the time of purchase. We do our best to minimise processing and shipping times, which means there is a very limited amount of time available to cancel/change your order details.

If you would like to cancel or change your shipping details, please contact us at info@majomedicine.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that your order will not already have been dispatched. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, we will need to wait until the item is received to process a return for a refund. If your address is incorrect, we will need to wait until it is returned to sender before we can proceed accordingly.

Uncollected/Undelivered Orders

We are not able to issue a refund when you have not been available to receive your order and have failed to make collection arrangements with the delivering courier.

Returns

Cosmetics & Candles:  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return your item, just contact us within 14 days of delivery and send it back to us within 21 calendar days from the date you received it.

Apparel & Merchandise:  Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.  

What do I do if the product is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email us.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return your item, just contact us within 14 days of delivery and send it back to us within 21 calendar days from the date you received it.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
