We are delighted to introduce our newest team member, Jess Fraser, who is our in-house Majo Movement coach. We are so excited - welcome, Jess!
Jess began her yoga journey when she was 15 years old, dipping in and out of classes and then rediscovering it on a much deeper level when she moved to London in 2015. Three years ago, Jess decided she wanted to help others to find balance in their lives, just as yoga had done for her, so she embarked on her first yoga teacher training to turn her passions into reality. She is currently a 400hr qualified yoga instructor and is trained in Vinyasa, Yin and Mandala.
Jess teaches classes that place a strong focus on the breath as a tool to distract the mind and leave you feeling calm, well-balanced and re-energised. She believes that yoga is so much more than just a physical practice - movement is medicine and can be used as a tool to heal both the body and the mind.
A great chance to connect energetically, flow, breath and be together in spirit.
